"Andy is not only a great videographer, but he is also a cool dude as my husband would say. He captured the highlights of the wedding and expertly stitched them together in a great 5+ minute video that we will enjoy watching for the rest of our lives. He used a drone to get some cool aerial shots and also hired a second videographer (Val, who was also amazing!) so two cameras were going for most of the day/night. Andy worked well with our photographer so they both could get their desired shots in even though they just met that day! The film will take between 6-8 weeks to complete. During peak wedding season, it may take up to 10 weeks to complete.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE FILM TO BE COMPLETED?
RAW footage is basically the files on the SD cards of the cameras. We film in high quality video codecs that may not be able to play on your computer.
If it does play, the video will look completely bland/flat because we film in LOG color profiles, which is very flat/desaturated so that we can have flexibility in coloring.
Another thought to consider, these files are all individual files that are not imported into a sequential timeline for an uninterrupted watch. Unless you know how to use a video software to do that, you will find it frustrating to view it.
That being said, I recommend getting the Full Ceremony Edit add-ons if you wish to watch the entirety of the Wedding Ceremony or FOMO Edit add-ons if you want a glorified HOME VIDEO for the entirety of your wedding day!
DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FOOTAGE?
Absolutely! Drone footage is a must for me in all my wedding film. However due to inclement weather or location restriction, drone footage may be unavailable on that day.
DO YOU INCORPORATE DRONE FOOTAGE IN YOUR FILMS?
For all weddings deemed as destination (3 hours travel or more one way), travel fees will be added into the wedding package. All travel arrangements will be arranged by Sixteen 9 Films unless stated otherwise.
